Intuitive Mixed Media

A two-day weekend workshop with resident artist Julie Moselen designed to encourage experimentation, play and a more intuitive approach to making art. 
 
Working on  a wood panel we’ll explore a range of mixed media techniques and experimental approaches, allowing ideas to develop organically rather than working towards a predetermined outcome. You’ll be encouraged to let go of perfection, take creative risks and follow unexpected ideas as they emerge. 

Through layering, changing, combining and responding to what happens, we’ll discover how experimentation can lead to unexpected and exciting directions in your work. 

No experience is necessary — just come with an open mind and a willingness to play.
