Event description

You are invited to come and visit seven beautiful gardens in Inverloch on Saturday 4th November, from 10am till 4pm.

G    23b The Esplanade

When an avid gardener moves to a smaller plot magic happens. Notice the cloud clipped espaliered bush against the wall

F       4 Melaleuca Mews

Creating a garden from a dear father’s pot plants has helped deal with water run off in this easy care garden of a regular traveler.

E       6 Banksia Place

Ann’s Playpen. Has anyone else had so much fun with succulents?

D       8 Woodland Heath Drive.

Enjoy discovering the colours and creative shapes of this eclectic mix of plants as you follow the creatively planned beds and paths.

C       9 Halford Street

Entering down a beautiful drive you will find one of the original Inverloch houses and gardens.

B       14 Short Street

A garden for two families: space to wash the sails of the wind surfer, fix the vintage car, grow herbs for two cooks, and sit with the dogs in the sun and watch the birds. You can walk beside Ayre Creek out the back gate.

A       93 Albert Ruttle Drive

Three acres with a lake, bees, a worm farm, horse shoe sculptures and views to the distance. Enjoy a ramble around this sloping garden.

The Inverloch Open Gardens in November was started 13 years ago by Liz Catt of Inverloch Uniting Church and over the years has successfully raised money to support the communities of Inverloch and Wonthaggi.
