Description

When facts are unclear, leadership matters most.

In early learning services, leaders are often required to act before all the information is available. Concerns are raised, accounts differ, emotions run high — and the way leaders communicate and make decisions in these moments can have lasting impacts on children, staff, and services.

On 26 February 2026, ACA WA is hosting an immersive, scenario-based workshop delivered by CoElevate Integrity Group — specialists in investigations and reportable conduct. This practical session is designed specifically for early learning leaders and focuses on how to lead with fairness, clarity, and confidence when situations are complex and sensitive.

Participants will build skills in:

  • Clarifying facts when information is incomplete

  • Asking neutral, well-structured questions

  • Communicating calmly and professionally under pressure

  • Applying procedurally fair, reportable conduct–informed decision-making

This is a highly practical workshop grounded in real-world scenarios relevant to early learning environments.

Seats are strictly capped at 60.
Secure your place early to avoid missing out.
