About Josh:
Josh is the Head of Startups at LUNA and leads a large team of lawyers and accountants that are focussed on delivering amazing services for startups from 0 to Series A. Josh has a broad range of experience advising startups on a range of matters across the lifecycle - from structuring and employee incentives to capital raising, in both a legal and commercial capacity. Josh is also an experienced facilitator, working with major schools, universities and organisations to deliver meaningful educational programs and workshops for entrepreneurs and startups.

About Rahil: 

Rahil is a startup lawyer at LUNA, specialising in investment negotiations, employee share option plans, cap table analysis, and intellectual property matters. He has extensive experience advising startups and founders across diverse industries, including electric vehicles, mobile app development, and SaaS solutions. Rahil is also pursuing his CPA qualification, providing a unique blend of legal and financial insight to his clients.
