Playgroup NSW: MyTime Peer Support Program ACT Launch

Join us for a special MyTime event hosted by Playgroup NSW in the ACT!

MyTime is a peer-to-peer support program designed for parents of children with developmental delays, autism, and disabilities aged 0 to 18 years. It focuses on empowering parents by enhancing their capacity, confidence, and skills, while offering a safe, nurturing space to connect with and learn from others. Above all, it's about having fun! MyTime groups are led by our local ACT expert, Jane Brownbill.
This event offers a fantastic opportunity for parents and carers of children with disabilities, as well as disability service providers, to come together!
Event Highlights:
- Get insights from Bill Shorten, Former-Minister for the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), on key topics impacting families today.
- Hear from Emily Caska, CEO of Playgroup NSW, about the important work Playgroup NSW is doing for families in the community.
- Learn all about MyTime, a valuable program supporting parents and carers of children with disabilities.
- Enjoy a FREE morning tea and take part in a great networking opportunity with other, organisations, parents and carers.
Doors will open at 9:30am for a 10:00am start.
Registrations are open to organisations and carers alike, so everyone is welcome to attend! Plus, the first 50 parents and carers to arrive will receive a free gift bag!
