What is Daughters of the West?

Daughters of the West is a FREE 10-week health program for men over 18 who live and work in the West. The program aims to provide participants with the tools, knowledge and access to experts to improve their health and wellbeing in a supportive environment.

What to Expect:

Each week, for 10-weeks, you will meet in your local community group for two hours where you will:

Hear from a range of guest presenters who will lead interactive discussions on various health topics such as cooking, mental fitness, health screenings and more.
Participate in some fun, group-based exercise, with our supportive exercise team offering options for all fitness levels and abilities!

The program is FREE thanks to support from our major partner WorkSafe Victoria and program partners cohealth, Watergardens and the Victorian State Government. We are also proud to deliver the Fraser Rise Sons of the West program in partnership with City of Melton.
