MARLY'S STORY
Marly, a 14-year-old vaulting prodigy, has demonstrated remarkable talent and dedication to her craft. Since her inaugural lesson in 2019, vaulting has become an all-consuming passion, harmoniously combining her aerial and gymnastic skills with her love of horse riding. This synergy has enabled Marly to excel in the sport, showcasing her natural aptitude and unwavering commitment.

Vaulting, a captivating sport that combines dance and gymnastics on horseback, is gaining popularity in Australia. This is an exciting time for the sport in Australia, and we're eager to share its beauty and appeal with a wider audience.

Marly is dedicated to her vaulting training, honing her skills from home and making the commitment to travel over two hours, every week, to train with the esteemed Ginger Kennett in Picton. As the current Australian Champion, Ginger, along with her support team, provides invaluable guidance and encouragement, helping Marly strive towards her short term goal of competing in her first CVI competition in Syd and starting her campaign to the Junior World Championships 2027.

A trip to Europe to train and compete at a National level, would be a fantastic opportunity for her to take her skills to the next level. It would not only enhance her own training but also enable her to return home and share her newfound knowledge and expertise with her local team, benefiting everyone involved.
