What is ASIST?

Livingworks ASIST is a two-day workshop designed to equip individuals with skills in responding to those who may be at risk of suicide. This workshop will increase your willingness, confidence, and capacity to respond to suicide.

Who is it for?

Trusted by professionals, approved by the World Health Organisation and learnable by anyone, ASIST is open to anyone aged 16 and older, regardless of their professional background.

What can I expect?

LivingWorks ASIST is a two-day in-person workshop featuring powerful audiovisuals, discussions, and simulations. Two knowledgeable, supportive and accredited Livingworks trainers will guide you through the course, ensuring a comfortable and safe learning environment.
