Chelsea Ho | Convo

Chelsea is the co-founder and CEO of Convo, a platform to help hospitality owners run results-driven marketing campaigns in minutes. Her entrepreneurial journey started at age 16, when she ran a small business and a charity organisation supported by the United Nations. This passion for entrepreneurship continued into university, where Chelsea started building Convo while participating in LaunchHUB. Convo has also received funding from Skalata Ventures, and is part of their October 2020 cohort. 

Mukul Pendyala |Paradigm Australia

Mukul Pendyala Co-Founded Paradigm Australia in 2019 with his friends and fellow classmates Shaun and Theo. Paradigm Australia began as a university project in our final year and soon after their graduation it turned it into a shelter focused social enterprise.  

At Paradigm Australia their mission is to provide displaced communities around the world with safe, dignified and immediate shelter.  

Haddon Dixon | Aircart

Haddon Dixon is the founder of Aircart, an innovative on-demand grocery delivery platform reinventing how people shop for groceries and how supermarkets fulfil orders in the context of the modern-day. Having conceptualised and launched Aircart while completing his studies at RMIT, Haddon has firsthand experience in balancing the demands of startup and student life. Among other awards and recognitions, Haddon has been identified as one of the Top 50 People in E-commerce for 2021.
