We'll be featuring mild and flaky whitefish FRESH from our local Schwarz's Fish Market, prepared in the traditional fish-boil way with loving care. Can you already taste the little red potatoes, onions and sweet corn all covered in rich melted fresh local creamery butter? Accompanied by some exciting craft brews from Old Germantown Brewery and delicious dessert, it's the makings of a perfect summer evening with friends.

We'll start out on the Biergarten patio with appetizers and your choice of beer or cocktail.   Then, drift inside to the Fireside Lounge/Ballroom to enjoy the rest of this delectable meal with more beers to taste from Old Germantown Brewery.
