At the opening of the bookshop in Trades Hall in 1996, notable guests leaving the event were heard to say ‘it won’t last’.

Three decades on, join Dennis Altman (Righting My World), Jeff Sparrow (Somewhere Here the Future’s Hid) and Danae Bosler as they discuss what’s changed and what’s stayed the same for the bookshop, Trades Hall and Melbourne’s left. Moderated by Leigh Hubbard.
