About the Class:
Hi there, are you ready to make one of the most famous aperitivo in Italy and also pasta? In this class we are going to make fried olives filled with meat and ciliegine mozzarella. Then, we make tagliatelle with porcini mushroom. We will make the pasta from scratch with flour and eggs and then we make the mushroom sauce. At the end we will eat what we made!

About the Instructor:
Come learn with Luca, born and raised in Brucoli, a charming fisherman's village in Sicily. It was there, watching his mother, that he developed a deep passion for cooking.
