Italian Cooking Class: Spinach/Ricotta Ravioli & Meatballs

About the Class:
Hi there, are you ready to make pasta fresca? In this class, we are going to make two Italian classics: first, ravioli filled with spinach and ricotta covered with tomato sauce & meatballs! We will make the pasta from scratch with flour and eggs and then we make our sauce. Then, we are going to make the meatballs with some veggies. At the end, we will eat what we made!

About the Instructor:
Come learn with Luca, born and raised in Brucoli, a charming fisherman's village in Sicily. It was there, watching his mother, that he developed a deep passion for cooking. Now, he enjoys sharing the flavors of authentic Italian cuisine with all who are eager to learn and eat! ;) Check out @mangiaconluca!

About the Venue
Parking: Please note that MAP does not have a parking lot, but there is street parking available on Massachusetts Ave. and side streets, on Shields and Brayton. We encourage arriving a little early to secure parking and ensure you are parked on the correct side of the street in accordance with parking regulations.
