Event description

About the Class: Ciao! are you ready to make two of the most popular Italian dishes? In this class we are going to learn how to make lasagna and tiramisu. We will make the pasta from scratch and then we will make the ragù (tomatoes sauce with ground meat and vegetables) and besciamella (cream sauce) to go with it!
Then we will make the dessert! Tiramisu! Delicious layers of savoiardi (lady finger cookies), mascarpone cream, and coffee.

At the end, we are going to taste our efforts!

Please let us know if you have any food allergies or restrictions so we can make accommodations if possible!

About the Instructor: Come learn with Luca, born and raised in Brucoli, a charming fisherman's village in Sicily. It was there, watching his mother, that he developed a deep passion for cooking. Now, he enjoys sharing the flavors of authentic Italian cuisine with all who are eager to learn and eat! ;) Check out @mangiaconluca!
