Some of the best memories are made when we step away from the familiar and say yes to something new.

This spring, join chefs Lorenzo Princigalli (Osteria Ilaria) and Mattia Fugaro (Tipo00) for an intimate long-table dining experience in the beautiful Victorian countryside.

Set among the rolling hills, vineyards and open landscapes of Lauriston Hill Estate, just outside Daylesford, we're bringing together everything we love: good food, beautiful surroundings, great conversations and the opportunity to meet new people.

Inspired by our Italian roots and a shared love for bringing people together, we've created a seasonal menu celebrating beautiful ingredients, local producers and the simplicity of Italian cooking.

But this is about more than just lunch.

It's an invitation to leave the everyday behind for a few hours. To explore somewhere new, share a table with people you haven't met, discover new flavours and create memories worth taking home.

Come with friends, bring someone special, or simply come on your own. There's always room for a new face at the table.

The Experience

• 12:00 PM — Arrival, welcome drink and time to explore the property

• 1:00 PM — Long-table lunch begins

• 4:00 PM — Event concludes

Places are limited to just 40 guests, keeping the experience intimate and personal.
