COVID-19 has changed the way we do many things and in 2021 we will celebrate International Women’s Day a little differently. 

We are hosting five live events on Friday 5 March in Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Brisbane and Perth.  

New in 2021, we are live streaming the events to a virtual platform. You can watch them live, or for a limited time afterwards, from anywhere in Australia.

    When: Friday 5 March

    You can watch the virtual events live or for up to a week after the event.  You can choose to watch one or live stream or move between the cities.  

    Here are the event timings: 

    Perth event:  8.30am to 10.30am (AWST) 

    Brisbane event: 11:45am to 1.45pm (AEST)

    Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne events: 12:45pm to 2.45pm (AEDT)

    Refund policy

    Participants may cancel their tickets without penalty up until 30 days prior to the event. Cancellations received within 30 to 14 days before the event will incur a 50% administration fee. Cancellations received less than 14 days before the event will be non-refundable. All cancellations must be made in writing to tickets@unwomen.org.au.
