International Women's Day with HOPE

Join us as we celebrate International Women's Day for 2026 with our special panel event, proudly sponsored by CommBank.

This engaging panel will bring together women leaders from across business, finance, strategy and social impact to share their insights and experiences on what it means to balance the scales — particularly for women and families facing disadvantage.

Panellists

Simone Constant is a Commissioner at ASIC and a Board Member of CatholicCare. With a distinguished career across public and private sectors, she brings deep expertise in finance, governance and risk, including senior leadership roles at CBA, NAB and NSW Treasury.

Katrina Barry is Group CEO and Managing Director of Webjet Group, leading the business through a major strategic reset and brand relaunch following its demerger. A highly respected industry leader, Katrina is known for her people-centred leadership and strong advocacy for women in business.

Natalie Micarone is Director and Co-Founder of Bendelta, specialising in strategy and organisational alignment. She works closely with boards and executive teams to drive transformational change and is also a Certified Master Coach.

Angela MacMillan is Group Customer Advocate at Commonwealth Bank, leading the Group Customer Advocacy and Vulnerability team to improve outcomes across the bank, particularly for customers and communities experiencing vulnerability. She also oversees the Next Chapter program, supporting people affected by financial abuse and domestic and family violence, and serves on several community-focused boards.

Jessica Montague is Head of Commercial Content – News, Sport and Prestige at News Corp Australia, bringing more than 15 years’ experience across Australia’s leading media and publishing brands. Formerly Deputy Editor of Vogue Australia and Deputy Editor of Stellar, she has built a distinguished career shaping influential editorial platforms across fashion, lifestyle and news. Jessica will serve as MC for our breakfast panel.

HOPE is a Sydney-based therapeutic support program that works with children and families so they can thrive from the very beginning. By focusing on providing early supports and person-centred care, the program strengthens families and builds strong foundations that carry forward into future generations.

The HOPE Program is designed to provide essential support at the right time and right place, focusing on basic material needs, community connections, education and employment pathways, therapeutic youth support and parent coaching, with children and young people at the centre. Empowering young families by harnessing their resilience and strengths will ensure they have the knowledge, skills and opportunities to create and build a stable and healthy environment for their growing family.
