Gentle yoga for all bodies and experiences

Please note, these sessions are for existing BGF clients only. 

Iyengar Yoga (gentle yoga) can be adapted for all bodies, experiences and conditions. Using simple household props like chairs, we make poses accessible to everyone. In Iyengar Yoga, we will move, open the body, tune into our breath and calm the mind.

Program highlights:

  • Suitable for all bodies and conditions, using household props
  • Use items you have in your own home such as a chair, yoga mat, towel or a pillow
  • Improve your range of movement, muscle and joint health, overall wellness, a calmer mindset, a more resilient nervous system and better mental health

Iyengar Yoga is led by Tiffany, an experienced yoga teacher who has been teaching since 2003.

Participation requirements

Iyengar Yoga requires a minimum of six participants to proceed. If fewer than six people sign up by the start date, you will be placed on a waitlist until the minimum level is reached.

Please note, this program is run in NSW and SA only.
