You are invited to join us on Sunday from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM for a transformative mindfulness event guided by Gail Goodall.

A beautiful nurturing, heart-based environment to help start your day, your week

THIS is YOUR YEAR 2025 to ACTIVATE CHANGE with like-minded people and COMMUNITY committed to creating a peaceful and harmonious life.

The session will begin with a cleansing of our auratic energy fields through the beautiful practice of saging, creating a space of positive energy.

Following this, we will move into a guided heart intentioned meditation to connect with our inner child and self to help release stress and tension, bringing our minds, bodies, and spirits into alignment.

The journey continues with gentle guided breath work all integrated with sound healing, helping to clear mental clutter and promote a sense of calm and harmony.This sacred time is dedicated to self-care, self-love, and self-awareness, allowing us to create peace and joy within ourselves.

Gail Goodall share her experience, wisdom and knowledge to help both individuals and the community.

Please bring a yoga mat, wear warm clothes, and bring socks, blankets, and your own cushions to ensure comfort and warmth throughout the practice.

Make sure to bring water to stay hydrated, and you may bring a snack if you get hungry.The session will promptly start at 7:00 AM, so please arrive TEN minutes early.
