FAQs
- Can I pay via an invoice instead of a credit card?
Yes. You can choose the payment option "Invoice" upon checkout. Your tickets will be marked as "pending payment" and you will have 7 days to pay the invoice before the tickets lapse. If you choose to pay via a credit card or similar then your tickets will be reserved immediately!
- Do I need to purchase tickets for educators?
No! Educators and supervising staff attend completely FREE and do not need to book a ticket. Thanks to our spacious venue, we have built-in a permanent buffer for staff. Simply purchase tickets for the exact number of children attending, and your educators can walk straight in with your group on the day.
- What time should our OSHC group arrive?
Doors open 20 minutes before your session start time. Because we run a tight 75-minute concert timeline, we recommend arriving at least 20 minutes before showtime to get your students checked in, through the doors, and seated.
- How is seating allocated?
To keep groups together and maintain safety, seating blocks are pre-allocated based on the size of your OSHC booking. Our crew will escort your staff and children directly to your dedicated zone upon arrival.
- Our vacation care numbers fluctuate. Can we add extra tickets later?
Yes, absolutely! We know OSHC numbers change right up until the day. Secure your minimum package now to lock in your session slot. You can easily jump back onto the ticket booking page to buy extra single add-on tickets (using the access code that we will provide) at any time before the event, provided the session capacity isn't sold out.
- Do we need to print out individual tickets for every single child?
No. We'll have a list of all tickets purchased by each OSHC. Just be sure to have pre-purchased enough tickets to cover each child in your group.
- Where can I access the Risk Assessment for our excursion paperwork?
We have fully prepared your compliance package to save you time. You can access and copy our comprehensive Risk Assessment via the Google Doc link provided in your booking description and confirmation email.
- Do the performers hold Working with Children Checks (WWCC)?
Yes. Every JAM Band member holds a current, valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) and JAM Band adheres to RRHAN-EC compliance.
- Is the performance suitable for all primary school ages?
Yes! The JAM Band experience is specifically curated for students from Early Learning Centers (ELC) up to Year 6. It is highly interactive, featuring live instruments, high-energy movement, and music-theatre storytelling that keeps all age groups fully engaged.
- Is the venue accessible for children with physical or sensory needs?
St Clair Recreation Centre is a fully accessible, modern facility. If you have students with specific mobility requirements, please Contact Us so we can position your group's seating block perfectly. Note: As this is a live concert with stage lighting, we welcome educators to bring noise-canceling headphones for any children with known audio sensitivities.
