HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT: By registering for this class and/or session, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Superior Improv LLC, its officers, members, consultants, subcontractors, insureres and representatives (collectively the “company”), for any loss, damage, or injury to yourself or property in any way related to your participation in company programs. This release of liability applies to you as well as any personal representatives, assigns, heirs, and next of kin. You authorize the company in a medical emergency to seek emergency medical assistance at your expense. PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE: You give permission to the company to use any photographs, video, or other media record of your participation in company programs for any lawful purpose, without compensation.
