January Full Moon Breathwork, Cacao and Sound Ceremony in Bondi

This monthly event is in collaboration with Victoria's partner Harte. Together they bring a balance of soft feminine and rooted masculine erngy to support your journey. This event will be longer than other events allowing more time for you to go deeper into your process.

Take advantage of the energy that comes with the Full Moon and even better it is the first of 2026. Reconnect and realign to your true Self to reach your fullest potential. This is a great time energetically to reflect and release as the lunar cycle comes to completion.

Join Master Breathwork Instructors Victoria Maurer (@thebalancedcorporate) and Harte Egberts (@the.flowing.dutchman) for a transformational Breathwork, Cacao and Sound ceremony in the Seagull Room at Bondi Pavilion. Connect with your breath, release tension, and cultivate a sense of calm. This in-person event offers a unique opportunity to unwind and recharge while enjoying the beautiful energy of the full moon. We'll start the session with a ceremonial cacao ritual where we set our intentions and finish with community connection under the full moon.

Agenda for the event:

Introduction to Breathwork from Victoria and Harte, Master Breathwork Instructors: Combined we have over 15 years of experience facilitating transformational Breathwotk journeys as part of events, corporate workshops and retreats. To make sure you feel completely comfortable, Victoria will provide an introduction to Breathwork: what it is, the science behind how and why it works, how it can benefit you, and what to expect during the session.
Learn Practical Breathing Tools: Learn simple, effective Breathwork techniques that you can take with you to improve performance, reduce the risk of burnout, and create a sense of calm in your everyday life.
Ceremonial Cacao & Intention Setting: We'll start with a warm yummy ceremonial cacao to help you open your heart and connect to yourself. We'll set our intentions for the session and take time to reflect and journal about what we are releasing with the Full Moon and what we are making space to call in.
Breakthrough Breathwork Session: This is where the magic happens! A transformative Breathwork session guided by Master Breathwork Instructors, Victoria to music. This session will create a safe space for you to release emotional and physical tension and leave you feeling relaxed, regulated, and deeply connected to your True Self.
Live Music By Harte throughout the session
Integration & Connection: We’ll finish the session by coming together for a wholesome chat under the full moon to reflect on and integrate the experience together. There will be an option to join us for a dip in the ocean after the event if you are keen!

What to bring:

Yoga Mat (I do not have extras!)
Water Bottle
Wear comfortable clothing that you feel relaxed in
Blanket (optional- for extra comfort)
Journal (optional- this is a great time to reflect)
Swimmers for an optional dip in the ocean under the full moon after the event finishes! This is a really fun and special way to integrate, ground and finish the evening.
