January Women's Circle - On the full moon.

Join me for our opening Women's Circle of the year, at the beautiful community space at the top of Halloran's Hill, in Atherton.

This full moon is in Cancer, enhancing emotional sensitivity and intuition, which is perfect for setting our intentions for the year ahead.

This is an opportunity to take some time out for yourself, and be held and seen in a warm and welcoming space with other women.

The theme of this month is, inner clarity for the year ahead.

The flow of this circle -

* Arrive and get settled early (as we start at 6.30pm)

* Opening words & guidelines of the space

* Share your name, one word intention & light a candle each

* Guided meditations

* Releasing ceremony, for what we are leaving behind in 2024.

* Journaling practices to gain inner clarity

* Opportunities to share throughout the processes-(if you wish)

* Closing the Circle

• Yoga Mat

• Cushion

This is a not-for profit event and your ticket contributes to covering the cost of hiring the space, flowers and candles.
