Join us for a Sunrise Yoga Intensive, where each morning Mon-Fri at 6 a.m., we’ll greet the day with a warming, intentional flow, setting the tone for the year ahead. These consecutive sunrise sessions are designed to awaken your body, energize your mind, and cultivate mindful focus as you step into the new year. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi, reconnecting with your practice or new to yoga, these early morning flows will leave you feeling empowered, centered, and ready to embrace the possibilities of the year. Let’s rise with the sun—together.

Begin the year with purpose and power through our 4-week Sunrise Yoga Intensive. Join us at 6 a.m. each morning for five days in a row as we journey through themes designed to deepen your practice, develop mindfulness and elevate your spirit.
- Week 1: Opening Hips – Release tension and build flexibility in the hips, creating a strong foundation for the year ahead.
- Week 2: Opening Shoulders – Free your shoulders and upper body to cultivate ease and relieve stress from the daily grind.
- Week 3: Strength and Lengthen Back – Build stability and resilience through back-strengthening and lengthening sequences, supporting posture and balance.
- Week 4: Heart Opening – Embrace vulnerability and expand into new possibilities with heart-opening postures to inspire and uplift.
