About the Workshop

Have you ever wanted to learn how to bring your own anime characters to life? Join us for an exciting and hands-on Anime Drawing Workshop led by the talented and experienced artist Ky Loh! This workshop is perfect for youth and teens who are eager to develop their drawing skills, whether you're just starting out or looking to refine your technique.

In this 2-hour workshop, Ky will guide you through the step-by-step process of designing and drawing your own anime characters. You’ll learn the essential fundamentals of character design, including how to create unique shapes and profiles, how to choose color schemes that make your characters pop, and how to develop your own style.

What to Bring

No experience is required—just bring your enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and a willingness to try new things! The workshop is fully supplied, so all materials will be provided.

Eligible Participants

For ages 13yrs to 18yrs

This workshop is hosted as part of Queensland Youth Week for high school aged young people.
