In this short course Shoko Hazama will treat you to a delightful traditional
Japanese cultural experience.
The class will commence with Shoko teaching you some basic Japanese etiquette and words/sentences useful in the restaurant and dining scene. Following this she will demonstrate the preparation of Miso soup.
You will then participate in a hands on sushi rolling class. The evening will
culminate in a Japanese supper enjoying Shoko’s Miso soup along with your hand rolled sushi and a glass of traditional Sake while you practice your Japanese conversation learnt earlier in the evening.
