Our first monthly feast of the year is Japanese inspired.
The menu has been prepared by local chef James McAplin and includes all your favourites - edamame beans, tofu broth, sushi and California rolls, miso and green tea cake. Wash it down with Japanese beer, crisp white wine and sake.
