Event description

Always wanted to learn a thing or two about the intricacies of Japanese whisky? Well, now is your chance! Join bar manager, Richard Cardenas from 2pm to 4pm, for a fun and educational whisky tasting experience with gourmet light bites.

Richard will cover the process of aging, finishing, and the basics of "nosing" and tasting whisky. You’ll also understand the difference between “whiskey” and “whisky” and learn about the history of one of the original Japanese Whisky distillers.

Each attendee will get to taste different whiskies and enjoy some light bites prepared by chef Joe Cajipe. Tickets are $80 plus gratuity (20% gratuity added the day of the class). Secure your spot in class with a $20 deposit. The remainder of the ticket price will be charged at the event, and the price will increase to $100 for any day-of in-person ticket sales. Attendees will also receive a $10 gift certificate to Sake Haus to use on a future date.

Seating is limited, and attendees will be seated together.
