"..he’s clearly a talented wordsmith just based on this first track......there’s a lot to enjoy here from a highly talented player..."
Jason Khaw, Melbourne-based singer/songwriter, with Phil Sheppard (acoustic bass / viola), are returning to local favourite, Granger Cafe in Caulfield East, for more acoustic sessions. Two dates are on offer : 22 February and 15 March. Please check event details for your preferred date or come for both :) . They will perform Jason's original songs and a handful of covers.Â
Their live performance is typically laced with interesting back-stage stories, funny anecdotes and sobering realisations. The acoustic-based music can be described as a combination of contemporary folk, jazz and blues. They will occupy the next room at the ever-friendly Granger Cafe, known for their rich barista coffee and wholesome yet adventurous menu. It is an intimate space with limited seating, so book your tickets early. Â
