Jazz-a-matazz comes to Mapua

Māpua will once again ring to the sound of song and jazz.

Māpua Community Choir and Nelson Jazz Club Big Band are getting together with Māpua Primary School to present a fun evening next month.

Following a very popular concert last year with the three groups, they are coming together again to share some high energy "Jazz-a-matazz" music with the Māpua community,

Local Māpua singer Giselle Chandler will feature with the Nelson Jazz Club Big Band, singing some famous jazz standards. The Māpua Community Choir will present a programme of popular songs from Aotearoa, Scotland, Ireland and America. NJCBB and the MCC will be joined in some items by choir of Māpua Primary School, and the School has some special items as well.

If not sold out prior to the event, tickets will be available at the door.
