JAZZ CLUB with Russell Holmes and the Albany All Stars

Celebrated pianist Russell Holmes presents an evening of diverse jazz and contemporary music. With a career spanning decades, Russell is an elite musician known for his command of jazz but also his broad interest in other musical genres. Alongside his role as a Jazz piano tutor at the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts, he is often seen on the Australian jazz scene as the accompanist of choice for many national and international artists. He is a performer with, and an arranger for, WA's Gina Williams and Guy Ghouse having recorded and toured extensively with the duo.

The evenings music features an all-star cast of local Albany players, including Grant Moulden (double bass), Greg Watson (drums), David Rastrick (horns) and Joe Fowler (flute).

Door 7pm for 7:30 start.
