Jazz Embassy at Mapua Hall

Jazz Embassy are bringing their toe tapping standards and original tunes to the Mapua Hall. They are an amalgamation of some of the finest musicians in the region

A love of ’50’s and ’60’s cool jazz has bought them together through music by the likes of Miles Davis, Chick Corea and songs by Hoagy Carmichael and Cole Porter.

The Quintet have been together for a year and a half and have played a handful of private and public shows. Most recently at the Nelson Jazz Festival in July.

Featuring Raffaele Bandoli (trumpet), Annabel Boyes (Saxophone), Wendy Phua (Double Bass), Simon Terrill (drums), and Brett Holland (guitar/vocals/compositions).
