• Parking? Street parking only — no lot at the venue. Spots can be tight and there's a residential neighbor right behind Location 1980, so please park respectfully. Rideshare, biking, or walking is highly encouraged.

• Age Limitation? 18+

• By attending, you agree to our event terms and waiver of liability.

We're a small independent operation, so all sales are final — tickets are nonrefundable. Every dollar goes straight back into paying the artists, musicians, venue staff, and the production costs behind putting these nights together.

Can't make it? Your ticket is transferable — feel free to pass it along to a friend, unless the event listing says otherwise. If we ever have to cancel on our end, we'll reach out directly to walk you through your options.

• Assumption of Risk
  You acknowledge that participation in this event involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to risks associated with crowded spaces, alcohol consumption, and transportation to and from the event. You voluntarily assume full responsibility for any injuries, illnesses, losses, or damages you may sustain while attending or participating in the event.

• Waiver of Liability
  You hereby release and hold harmless CASE STUDY STUDIO LLC, its organizers, employees, contractors, sponsors, partners, affiliates, and the event venue (including its owners, staff, and management) from any and all claims, demands, losses, damages, rights, or causes of action, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, death, or property damage, whether arising directly or indirectly out of your participation in the event. This waiver also applies to any transportation arranged by or on behalf of CASE STUDY STUDIO LLC.

• Alcohol and Conduct
  If you choose to consume alcohol at this event, you agree to do so responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your own actions and any consequences arising from them. You agree to follow all instructions and regulations set forth by event organizers, venue staff, and local authorities. CASE STUDY STUDIO LLC reserves the right to remove any attendee whose behavior is deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or disruptive, without refund or compensation.

• Personal Property
  CASE STUDY STUDIO LLC and the event venue are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Attendees are solely responsible for their belongings.

• Health and Safety
  You agree to comply with all health and safety rules and guidelines issued by event organizers, the venue, and/or local health authorities.

• Cancellation & Refunds
  All ticket sales, registrations, or guest list reservations are final. No refunds, transfers, or credits will be issued in the event of cancellation, rescheduling, changes to the event, or your inability to attend for any reason. In the rare event that CASE STUDY STUDIO LLC must cancel or reschedule, we will make reasonable efforts to notify attendees, but we shall not be held liable for any resulting costs, losses, or damages.

• Indemnification
  You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CASE STUDY STUDIO LLC, its affiliates, and the event venue against any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your participation in or conduct at the event.

• Acknowledgment
  By registering for the guest list, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to this Release of Liability and Waiver.
