JCA Women's Division Brunch 2025

Over the past two years, our community has carried a heavy emotional load. The events of October 7, 2023, changed us all, and while we’ve stood together, we know that strength requires care.

This event is a chance to pause, to breathe, and to focus on you. Just like putting on your own oxygen mask first, taking time to recharge mentally, physically, and emotionally allows us to return stronger, for our families, for our friends, and for the community we all love.

Join us as we gather, connect, and nurture ourselves so we can continue to nurture others.

Lara Zilibowitz will take us on a journey of self-connection, offering a practice to rediscover our happy place and stabilise our nervous systems. The session will include a nourishing guided meditation followed by a creative art process, inviting you to gently explore your inner landscape and express it in a grounded yet playful way. (This will be a seated session, and no prior experience required)
