Jeans Apron Workshop
Event description
Take some old jeans and transform them into a funky practical full apron. You will learn different ways of deconstructing and re-constructing jeans using legs, pockets, waistbands and belt loops to create a one-off design for your apron. Over 5 hours, and two days we will cover all the sewing techniques you need to know to create your own versatile, practical and stylish apron. Basic machine sewing experience is required, and all materials included.

This workshop is over two Saturdays.
Saturday 2nd August 2pm-4.30pm
Saturday 9th August 2-4.30pm
All materials are included in the workshop fee of $95, and you will take home your very own Jeans Apron.
Machine sewing experience is required for this workshop, and workshop is limited to 6 participants.
Suitable for 12+ years with sewing experience
Please Note: This jeans to apron workshop is created using circular economy principles. This means we will be using many recycled and reclaimed fabrics, and haberdashery items for our sewing workshops. We are deeply passionate about diverting textile waste from landfill and we do this through upcycling.
