Jelly Aromatics: A Food Sensory Study
Event description
Welcome to Jelly Aromatics, a study where we explore how our sense of smell (while eating) is influenced by our surroundings.
Join us on a sensory adventure while tasting flavoured jelly across different environments and discover how these settings shape your perception of food aromas and emotional response. Immersive tools like Virtual Reality and/or motion simulation may be included to enhance your experience, making this an unforgettable sensory exploration.
This study is run by RMIT University's Sensory and Consumer Science Research Group. For questions and queries, please contact Grace Loke at s3732147@student.rmit.edu.au.
Please note that this study runs in the RMIT City and Bundoora Campus, with specific location confirmed one day prior to booking a session.
