JOIN US FOR A SPECIAL RESTAURANT WEEK EVENT - Maine's Top Oyster Somm is Taking Over Bleu Duck!

Join us for an oyster-fueled evening of "Merroir!" We're hosting an expert-guided oyster tasting with Virginia Shaffer, oyster sommelier and founder of Lady Oyster. For one night only, Virginia will take you on a coastal adventure through Maine, introducing you to oysters from different estuaries and bays. You'll learn all about how oysters grow, what influences their flavors, tasting etiquette, and hear stories from the farm! We'll have delicious wine pairings and accoutrements to match.

Virginia's groundbreaking tasting format is a lively way to taste and celebrate oysters. You'll fall in love with Maine and gain a new appreciation for half shell.
