Jersey City Connects | Restorative Yoga | Wellness Event

Join Jersey City Connects and instructor Elissa Jade for a calming, 75 minute Restorative Yoga class at Common Earth Co., a local wellness space rooted in sustainability and community.

This all-levels class (perfect for beginners) uses gentle, supported postures, guided breathwork (pranayama), and a touch of meditation to help you release tension, calm your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself.

We'll provide bolsters, blankets, and blocks to support your practice. Feel free to bring your own mat, or use one at the studio.
