Is your thumb getting sore from swiping on dating apps? You’re not alone! Many people would rather meet IRL. Try out your real-world conversation skills at a speed dating event hosted by Jersey City Connects, and have a meet-cute with a special somebody.

THE RULES

• You must be single

• You must be between 30 and 38

• Tired of Hinge deciding who you’re compatible with
  

WHAT TO EXPECT

1️⃣ Speed dating kicks off promptly at 7:15 PM, so arrive a few minutes early to check in and get settled.

2️⃣ You’ll get 5 minutes with each person.

3️⃣ Meet 14 eligible singles in one night!

4️⃣ Fill out your match card with your preferences.

5️⃣ Get your matches within 48 hours to see if your meet-cute turns into something more.
