Music in the Church is delighted to host Jesse Flowers at the St Johns Anglican Church in Moruya on Saturday, 17 August 2024 @ 6pm.

From gentle whispers to visceral percussive power, Jesse Flowers ‘reveals the full potential of the classical guitar’ (Badische Zeitung). His playing has captivated audiences at renowned venues such as the Wigmore Hall in London and the Musikverein in Vienna, and has taken him on concert tours spanning his homeland Australia, Europe, China, and the USA. This programme draws together works by seemingly disparate composers, all inspired by song and dance. From melodious and lyrical to pulsating and rocking, this programme encompasses it all.

Music in the Church is a not for profit program run by a small group of volunteer music enthusiasts wanting to bring live music to Moruya and the surrounds. 85% of your ticket price goes directly to the artist and 15% covers the costs of the venue.
