All profits from this year's event go to support local students and schools through the Hillsborough Education Foundation.

The Forest Hills Neighborhood Association is dedicated to the Forest Hills community of northern Tampa. The Association's primary objectives are to
promote the community's interests and concerns, provide information on relevant issues affecting the neighborhood, and create networking opportunities inside and outside the organization. The Jingle Carts parade is the marquee annual event held by the Association to build connections, raise charitable funds, and celebrate the beauty of Forest Hills.
