Swing Riot's Jingle Jangle Christmas Dance Day

That's right folks, we're ending the year with a bang!

Saturday 7th December

We have a full day of dance workshops lined up for you, and an evening social dance with Skin & Bone to round out the year. There will be four dance workshops during the day, catered to all dance abilities, so there'll certainly be something for everyone, and a night of live music to dance to. The whole day and night will be at one venue - Ravensbourne Hall.

MORNING:
10am -11am | Class 1: Swing out 'til you're swung out - Part 1
11:15am - 12:15pm | Class 2: Swing out 'til you're swung out - Part 2

AFTERNOON:
1:30pm - 2:30pm | Class 3: Solo Jazz - Getting inspired by the originators
2:45pm - 3:45pm | Class 4: Smooth moves in Blues - A close embrace class

EVENING:
7pm - 8pm | Lindy Hop Taster Class for beginners
8pm - 11pm | Social dancing and celebrations with live music from Skin & Bone. We'll provide some refreshments for the evening.

PASSES:
Full day pass: $75
Single workshop sales*: $20 
Social dance entry: $25

* Please note: If you want to come to class 2 you'll need to either have a good background on swing outs. The expectation is that you will be in class 1 to do class 2.

The workshops are intended for Swing Riot dancers who have come to some of our classes but the afternoon classes will be open level and will give you everything you need to know for that class. The taster class at the start of the evening event is for total newbies so if you're new to Swing Riot then this is for you! Swing Riot community - please feel free to bring your friends and family to this class also.
