Join Lisa for a monthly Jivamukti Yoga practice - a dynamic and intentional style of yoga rooted in Ashtanga and enriched with philosophy, music and mantra.

Jivamukti Yoga was founded in New York and has a strong international lineage. This 90-minute class offers space to move with awareness, explore the deeper layers of the practice, and land more fully in body and breath.

Each class begins with philosophy and chanting followed by a thoughtfully sequenced vinyasa practice. Expect clear guidance, good musci, optional hands-on assists, and time at the end to integrate and rest.

This class is suitable for students with some yoga experience who are curious to explore a practice that weaves together physical strength, breath, and yogic philosophy in an accessible way.
