Peace Run Records is proud to present a stellar concert featuring award winning singer-songwriter Jo Davie for a very special evening of music on Sunday May 11th as she launches her debut EP Nothing Comes Free at the gorgeous Eudlo Hall on the Sunshine Coast. This show promises to be full of stunning vocals and harmonies so book your tickets early and support awesome independent Australian music! Doors open 6.30pm and show starts 7pm. Tickets are $35 / $25 concession and $10 for you (13-17). We look forward to seeing you there!

Produced with Sam Cromack (Ball Park Music), this debut invites the listener into a delicately curated set of songs, vulnerable, powerful, raw and lush in equal measure. For this live release, Jo will appear with her full band at Eudlo Hall, supported by incredible Americana folk duo and much loved Sunshine Coast musicians, Those Folk. Expect immersive songwriting, delivered in exquisite three-part harmony.Â
Jo Davie has won audiences and accolades across Australia and become a regular on the festival circuit, performing at Woodford Folk Festival (QLD), Sydney Festival (NSW), The National Folk Festival (ACT), Caloundra Music Festival (QLD) and many more. In 2024 she won the Carol Lloyd Award, and supported ARIA-winning artist Katie Noonan to sold-out audiences at QPAC Concert Hall Brisbane, Sydney Festival, Bleach Festival and Darwin Festival. In conjunction, Jo has gained recognition as lead vocalist of folk/jazz ensemble ‘Cigány Weaver’ (nominated for 2 x National Live Music Awards) and as long-term band member for award-winning artist Asha Jefferies with whom she has toured the US, UK and Europe.
