This workshop helps social change leaders (and aspiring ones) to create an effective and supportive job search strategy.
Most people feel lost and/or demoralized when faced with making a career change, and looking for aligned work in this uncertain political climate can feel especially daunting and anxiety-provoking.
It doesn't help that most of have received zero guidance on how to get a job, even if we've had a lot of schooling, so most folks go about their job search without a strategy and end up stressed and depressed.
Hot Tip: Applying to any job that sounds good is not a strategy.
But there are best practices and proven strategies that can make the whole thing more successful and less overwhelming.
Come learn some of the principles of easeful job searching and get tips for making your career transition really work for you.
