About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you may be responsible for:

• Comprehensive clinical assessments

• Medication administration and management

• Wound care and clinical interventions

• Developing and reviewing care plans

• Health monitoring and clinical documentation

• Working collaboratively with participants, families and multidisciplinary teams

• Providing education, guidance and clinical support to care staff

• Delivering person-centred care that promotes health, independence and wellbeing
