Reconnect, be inspired, and meet other UC graduates at our exclusive young alumni event featuring Anton Matthews, Director of Hustle Group. A passionate entrepreneur and cultural advocate, Anton is on a mission to normalise te reo Māori in business and the community, inspiring others to embrace Aotearoa’s rich cultural heritage.

Join us for an insightful kōrero as Anton shares his entrepreneurial journey blending business, leadership and community impact while staying true to te ao Māori values.

Each ticket includes one drink and a Fush classic meal (see below). Please add your meal selections when you purchase your ticket.

Note: This event includes alcohol and is R18. Young alumni events are for UC alumni 40 years of age and under.

Speaker bio:
Anton Matthews is a driven entrepreneur and a passionate advocate for Māori culture, dedicated to embedding te reo Māori and tikanga into every part of business.

Anton is the Managing Director of Hustle Group which amongst several ventures includes, Fush, the Wigram Joe's Garage, and the recently opened Tātou Tātou cafe at the Christchurch Airport. The normalisation of te reo Māori in his restaurants extends through to Hustle Education, a way for organisations to build Māori cultural confidence and capability.
