Joint Therapeutics Course AUCKLAND NZ (31 JULY - 1 AUG 2027)
Description
A practical, clinically reasoned approach to joint-related pain and movement limitation.
Develop a whole-body approach to assessing and treating joint-related pain and movement limitation using passive and active joint mobilisation techniques.
Learn how to identify joint related dysfunction quickly and effectively and then how apply the right technique with progressions, to get immediate results.
ACE's Joint Therapeutics Course focuses on more than just learning a collection of techniques. You will develop the clinical reasoning to decide when, where and why to use joint mobilisation; how to progress the treatment; and how to connect passive manual therapy with active patient participation and home-based strategies.
This course integrates contemporary evidence relating to joint mobilisation, pain modulation and mechanisms of effect with objective assessment and goal-oriented treatment planning. The result is a practical framework designed to help you make clearer treatment decisions and improve outcomes for your patients.
What you will learn:
➡️ Describe the mechanisms and neurophysiology of joint mobilisation techniques and pain modulation | ➡️ Integrate pain neuroscience principles into manual therapy |
➡️ Apply progressive manual therapy techniques | ➡️ Perform physical assessments |
