KDC Hosts: Joseph Goldstein

The Kalyānamita Dharma Collective is honoured to be hosting Joseph Goldstein for the first event in the Kalyānamitta Sessions series. Joseph was a co-founder of the Insight Meditation Society and has been a key figure in introducing Buddhism to the West. He has taught for more than fifty years and is the author of several books including One Dharma, and Mindfulness. 

During this half-day event, Joseph will offer a guided meditation, dharma reflections, and a question and response session. No prior meditation experience is required.

Cost

All KDC events and retreats are offered freely. If you did feel moved to make a contribution, Joseph has generously arranged for all proceeds to go towards venue hire and food for the KDC six-week retreat in 2027, which is the first retreat of its kind in Aotearoa NZ.
