Join emerging award-winning artist Josh Deane (Palawa) as he leads participants through an exploration of Josh Muir's exhibition while creating their own self-portraits using techniques inspired by Muir's distinctive style. Working with templates developed by Josh Muir himself, participants will discover the power of symbolic language, colour, and identity through hands-on art making. Drawing from his previous successful workshops at the Koorie Heritage Trust, Josh will share his reflections on Muir's influence and significance before guiding participants through the creative process. All materials supplied. Light catering provided. Children must be accompanied by an adult. 90-minute session.
